The location is perfect, just a short walk to the French Quarter. Parking was pricey and challenging, which was a hassle. Our room was clean and spacious, but the noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I loved the warm welcome with free cookies and water after a long journey! The location is perfect, steps away from amazing attractions and the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to cool off during my stay!
100% recommend! 😊❤️

We loved how close everything was! The cookies at check-in were a nice touch. The cucumber/lemon water in the lobby was refreshing, and the beds were super comfy. Jake, the staff member, was amazing—so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Rooms were kinda small, though, and housekeeping missed us a few times.

Location was perfect, just blocks from the Riverwalk and French Quarter. The room cleanliness was questionable, with hair found on the towels. Staff were friendly but service could be slow, especially at the valet. Worth noting, the pool area needs maintenance. Would consider staying again if some issues were addressed.

The Doubletree By Hilton New Orleans offered a fantastic location just a 10-minute walk from the French Quarter. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and having a local coffee shop nearby was a delightful bonus! I would definitely return for another stay.

I loved how easy it was to walk to all the iconic spots; just three blocks to the lively French Quarter, less than 10 minutes to the Audubon Aquarium, and nearby fabulous restaurants like Mother's and Geisha Sushi Bistro which were literally a few steps away from the hotel, making my weekend strolls exciting and filled with discoveries. The staff here were friendly, and the amenities were satisfactory, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay, but the cleanliness of the room could use some attention.

Perfectly located across from a mall and a short stroll to the French Quarter. Breakfast was disappointing for $17—definitely not worth it. Parking was a hassle; self-parking felt unsafe with reports of break-ins, so we opted for valet. The staff was a mixed bag; some were pleasant, while others seemed unfriendly. I got stuck on the elevator, and minor issues like a poorly located coffee maker and noise from adjacent rooms added frustration. Attractions were close, making it convenient, but the noise and service left much to be desired. Would reconsider my options next time.

The staff greets you with smiles, making you feel at home instantly. The location is perfect for exploring local spots, plus there's a fantastic coffee shop attached that you don't want to miss!
Finding the entrance feels like a scavenger hunt with all those key card notes.

Drunken chaos echoed through the hall all night, with fights and parties. I called for help multiple times, but management was clueless and unhelpful. We paid for a restful night, but got anything but.

The room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff treated us like family; Jake helped us find great places to eat and made our stay much easier.
It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but it was worth every penny.

Had a great time exploring the city thanks to King’s awesome recommendations on where to eat and what to see! The hotel's location was super convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was comfy and clean, making for a pleasant stay.
The nights were noisy due to rowdy neighbors and parties, leading to a lack of sleep. Security and management failed to control the situation effectively, resulting in disturbances throughout the night.

Clean hotel, friendly staff with the great advantage of being within walking distance to the French Quarter and having a lovely breakfast area connected to a wonderful café.
Not a single complaint.

We hit up the Audubon Aquarium and the local music scene - it was LIT! The hotel was super close to all the action, making it easy to go out and explore the city with my crew.
That would have taken our trip to the next level!

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, which made for a decent sleep despite some issues. The A/C was noisy and disruptive, often waking us up at night. We had a loud neighbor, contributing to the overall disturbance. The bathroom was large, and I especially enjoyed the shower. Temperature control was lacking at times, which was frustrating. The staff was kind and attentive, making an effort to ensure our family felt welcome. access to the car parking facilities was confusing, and I experienced a concerning incident with a staff member opening our door without knocking.

The hotel has potential but needs refinement. Staff like Jake brought warmth and helpfulness, making us feel welcomed. service inconsistency was evident. One front desk attendant was dismissive. Cleanliness issues marred the experience; our room had stains, a dirty pillowcase, and doors that didn’t seal properly. The location is convenient, but parking logistics need clarity. Knowing we had to park two blocks away at night would have influenced our decision. While the rooms are modern, there's visible wear and tear. Communication about fees was unclear. A more attentive approach to guest needs and improved amenities could elevate this hotel significantly. Strong staff training can make a difference.

Our family had a blast visiting the lively aquarium and exploring the vibrant French Quarter. The hotel's central location put us within walking distance of these family-friendly attractions.
My children wanted a larger outdoor play area.

I started my day with a full buffet, even though the Chef's specialty items were debatable. The flexible meeting spaces had nice views, but I didn't really need a late check-out. The free Wi-Fi at the coffee shop was a lifesaver.
Who needs affordable snacks when you can just pay an arm and a leg? .

Great location near the casino, French market, and cafe du monde. Professional staff, cozy beds, and helpful printed timeline for surrounding activities.
Felt like a VIP, no complaints.

We stayed at the Doubletree recently, and we had a mixed experience. The valet parking service was convenient, but unfortunately, our car was not properly locked, and items were stolen from it. The management's response to the situation was disappointing, as they were unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. On a more positive note, the staff at the front desk were quick to assist us, and the complimentary cookie was a nice touch. The room itself was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during the hot weather. The shower had consistent hot water and good water pressure, which made for a comfortable stay. there were some drawbacks. The ironing board provided was old and rusty, which made it difficult to use. some of the towels in the room were not up to standard, with one appearing to have a stain on it. while there were some positives to our stay at the Doubletree, such as the helpful staff and comfortable room amenities, the issues with valet parking and room facilities detracted from our overall experience. It's a shame that these issues overshadowed what could have been a more pleasant stay.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby food, shopping, and Bourbon Street. The spacious bathroom, comfy bed, and clean room made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the view from our room was lovely, adding to the pleasant experience.
Parking was a challenge, with full lots leading to distant parking and inconveniences for guests. Additionally, encountering roaches in the room was a significant letdown and not up to the expected standards.

we stayed at Doubletree By Hilton and loved the location, the friendly valet parking staff, and the easy access to local restaurants and shopping. the waterfront was close by, and we could easily walk to Bourbon St and Jackson Sq. the trolley stop right outside the hotel was convenient for getting around. the room and bathroom were clean and organized, and we had a pleasant surprise with the attentive Ms. Tionnie checking on us every day to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area.
No complaints 😊

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! As a light sleeper, I was thrilled by the quietness of the room on the 15th floor. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Mississippi River, French Quarter, and streetcars. The staff was super friendly and there was a delicious coffee shop attached to the hotel. it was a great experience!
Account was charged multiple times, causing inconvenience and frustration.
